To return your product you should mail the product to this address: Sembaruthi Shikakai & co. No.1 United colony, Nearby Retteri Signal,, Perambur High road, Kolathur, Chennai , Tamil Nadu 600099.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

All order will be delivered to your location within 10 days after date of placing order. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may vary for your exchanged product to reach you. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping is chargeable and rate will very according to your pin code. 

Delivery may take up to 30 days.

Custom duty (if any) charged by the recipient’s country, will be in addition to the shipping charges. It will be borne & paid by the customer directly to the courier company.

IMPORTANT

If your delivery status shows delivered, and you have not received the product, please inform us within 24 hrs of such status change by reaching out to our customer support. After 48 hrs courier companies does not accept any POD dispute.
